Go Concierge

Per trip is pay-as-you-go; Concierge keeps the watch on. Trip Watch uses real API sources — we pass through the cost plus 20%, capped so you never get surprised.

Trip Watch — how billing works

An optional add-on at booking (included with Concierge). Alerts stay on for weather and disruptions. Smart scans run only when risk warrants it — a morning brief scores the trip, then schedules zero to three scans that day.

Always on Weather thresholds + disruption alerts. Free sources where possible.
Adaptive scans More checks on high-risk days; quiet days stay quiet.
Pass-through + 20% You pick a cap ($5–25). Typical trip: $0–3. We never exceed your cap without approval.

Deep live-source scans (when needed) use our research layer — not browser automation. You see itemized spend on each trip.

What Concierge really buys: always on.

The headline value of Concierge is the always-on, proactive Hiccup Handler — 24/7 monitoring, no days off, that rebooks around trouble before it reaches you and surfaces the good news too.

24/7 monitoring — every leg, no holidays.
Rebooks first — same cabin, no change fee, held on your yes.
Good news too — an upgrade, a better table, a fare that dropped.

Good questions.

When am I charged
On Per trip, only when a trip actually books — confirmation numbers in hand. On Concierge, it is $129 a month — or $97 a month billed yearly, saving 25% — with no per-booking fee. Either way, nothing is charged for a trip that does not complete.
What is Trip Watch
Trip Watch monitors your booked trip — weather, air quality, and disruption signals — with alerts always on. Smart scans adapt to risk: clear days get fewer checks; elevated days get more. API costs are passed through to you with a 20% margin, hard-capped at the limit you set at booking (usually $10; Concierge includes a $25 cap). Alerts keep running even if scan spend hits the cap.
What is the Hiccup Handler
The always-on part of Concierge. It watches your flights and the weather, and when something slips — a delay, a cancellation, a storm over your snorkeling morning — it rebooks and moves things around, usually before you would have seen the alert yourself.
Is my card safe
Yes. Payments run through Stripe over 256-bit encryption, and everything Tures stores lives tokenized in the Vault — Tures works from tokens, never your raw card number. You can revoke any of it anytime.
Can Tures really book
It books the whole trip end to end — flights, hotels, cars, tables — and hands you confirmation numbers, not a list of links to go finish yourself. Every booking is verified twice before it is called done. See it run when you plan a trip.

Hand off the logistics.

Start a conversation about the next trip. Tures takes it from there.
